Can you really earn money on KWG Game?

How do deposits work?

Colour lobbies take rupees through UPI: you choose an amount in the wallet, the lobby shows a payment screen or a UPI ID, and you approve the payment in your own banking app with your UPI PIN. A few points save trouble later:

   Pay from the banking app on the same phone, and pay the exact amount shown. A different amount can stall automatic matching.

   Before closing the bank app, open the payment's details and note the UTR (sometimes called UPI Ref No.) — twelve digits.

   Check the wallet balance. Most deposits show within minutes.

Your UPI PIN belongs in the banking app alone, never on a game page. A lobby only ever needs your approval for money going out of your account; receiving money never needs a PIN.

What if my KWG deposit has not arrived?

It happens, and the fix is paperwork, not a second payment.

   Wait a little. Bank-side delays of up to an hour are common in the evenings.

   Find the UTR in your banking app's payment history and take a screenshot that shows the amount, the date and that number.

   Write to the lobby's support from inside your account and attach the screenshot. The UTR is how they find a payment among thousands.

   If money left your account and the platform says it never arrived, raise it with your bank or in your UPI app's help section, quoting the same UTR. Failed or unmatched UPI credits are reversed through the bank.

Do not pay again "to push the first one through", and do not send the screenshot to anyone who contacts you first offering to help — support does not message you on WhatsApp asking for your PIN.

How do withdrawals work?

The wallet sends money to a bank account or UPI ID that you add to your profile, and the name on that account has to match the name on your game account. Typical points on a colour lobby's withdrawal screen:

• A minimum amount per request, shown on the screen.
• A turnover line. Some lobbies ask that a deposit is played through once before it can be withdrawn; if the screen shows a "remaining" figure, that is the condition, not an error.
• A processing time, often a few hours, sometimes longer at weekends.

Withdrawals that sit for days with no reply are worth taking seriously. Keep screenshots of your balance and every request, and do not deposit more to "unlock" a withdrawal — a platform that wants new money before releasing old money is telling you something.
